Fascinating. I’ve done Arnside—Kents Bank four times but never done the Leven Sands.

I often look out over the sands of Carmarthen Bay and wonder about guided walks across them. The route to the Gower Peninsula is not possible - I hear many tales of the treacherous river between here and there - but now I’m wondering whether another route might be possible…

Fantastic! Love this so much! Intertwining history with your walk defied the time and space laws! I was always terrified of quicksands, and yet, I was silly enough to wade River Avon (the South Devon one) instead of waiting several hours for the ferry... I didn't die, clearly, but I thought I will...
